How long does it take for my order to be sent?

All glitter orders are usually processed within 3 working days.

 

Printed vinyl/decals can take up to 5 business days depending on quantity of orders. We usually are able to send out our prints alot sooner than this (within 3 days)

 

Printed UVDTF wraps etc can take up to 5 business days depending on quantity of orders.

 

Shipments are made Monday to Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or we are waiting on a certain stock item for your order may be delayed

Don't worry!

If you haven't received a order fulfilment email yet - quickly email us and we will send you instructions on how to add to your current order. 


Please note - if you are adding goodies that are larger than your current order ETC you originally only ordered glitter but want to add a bulky item, there may be an extra charge for freight.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

We sure do! Overseas freight is charged at a set fee - once your order is all packed and weighed, we will be able to see how much freight will be.

 

If the amount charged is less than the set international fee - we will refund you the difference. If it is more, we will contact you.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

At the moment, our wholesale availability is limited to a few slots. 

We currently have no available slots for new wholesale business but feel free to contact us to be put on a waiting list.
