Returns and Refunds Policy
When purchasing, please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. We do not accept returns on personalised items. If you are unsure on sizes, colours or dimentions - please ask us before placing your order.
Glitter Vault is not liable (but please do contact us still) for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and description of the items that are damaged/faulty. Once we assess the item we will refund the purchase price or provide another replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch and let us know. We appreciate feedback from our customers and we are always striving to improve our business operations.
Glitter Vault does not reimburse for return shipping costs on products being returned unless agreed prior.
In the unlikely event that you are completely unsatisfied with your product or we can not offer any other solution - we will refund your payment via the channel your payment originally came to us. In this event, your items will need to be returned to us so we can evaluate what has happened.
